Chicago - September 7, 2006 - Bridge Development Partners, LLC and joint venture partner BPG Properties, Ltd., have broken ground for WHC V, the fifth planned facility in Phase III of Wood Hill Crossing Business Park in Woodridge, IL.  The 262,500 square foot warehouse/distribution center being constructed on 16.5 acres was included in the recent sale of the 90-acre, nearly one million square foot, $65 million industrial park to San Francisco based Bristol Group, Inc.

"This sale was unique because it included the final building not yet constructed," said Bridge Development Founding Principal Ronald Frain.  "We are proud to now complete this 'Class A' industrial development.  It's amazing to see the same site that consisted of nine single family homes and an amusement park is now one of the city's most desirable and accessible business parks with state-of-the-art, flexible facilities and a high-profile tenant roster."

The newest building, designed by Cornerstone Architects and constructed by Des Plaines, IL based Premier Design + Build Group, LLC, will be located on Katherine's Crossing, just south of the park's other four facilities totaling 683,000 square feet.  Like the other properties, WHC V will feature 30-foot clear height and accommodations for various tenant sizes.  In addition to 20 docks and four drive-in doors, it will include 40 trailer spots with capacity for up to 150 trailer spaces.  Building completion is slated for early 2007.
